Online-to-Offline Digital Platform for a Large Automobile Conglomerate

Digital Experience, Cloud

Background of the Customer

The client is a Digital Mobility Solutions provider, part of India’s largest independent automotive aftermarket player, which in turn is part of one of India’s largest automotive conglomerates. The Client is focused on building and providing India’s first full-stack online-to-offline digital platform offering quality, standardized, and cost-effective after sales services for two wheelers, passenger cars, and commercial vehicles across the country.

Key Objectives/Challenges

The client systems landscape consisted of multiple ERPs, courtesy of a few mergers and acquisitions in the past. Their interactions and engagements with their business customers (Garages, Fleets, retailers, and Wholesalers) for auto spare parts, accessories, and services were predominantly manual and via a Mobile App. With an ERP consolidation project underway, they also wanted to consolidate and formalize their engagements and interactions with not just their customers but also their suppliers and partners via Web and mobile digital channels.

Our Solution

  • Implemented a B2B2X Digital Marketplace solution that would integrate with the underlying transformed and consolidated ERP solution to provide seamless experiences for business customers, suppliers, and partners across Web and App channels. Full-stack transformation with GCP Architecture and DevOps.
  • Off-the-shelf Marketplace products were adopted based on the technical demonstration sessions and commercial discussions to get a clear picture regarding the capabilities and possible commercial models.

The Impact
