The client is a leading global automobile aftermarket and, through consolidation of its B2B/B2C service and spare parts businesses, has built a Service platform and a spare parts platform in the automotive aftermarket space to cover digital mobility, the trading of automobile parts, and 24/7 emergency breakdowns.

The Customer’s primary challenge was the need for a unified platform, more scalability of Application architecture, and the inability to handle peak traffic load (like click workload, B2C customers).
