Background of the Customer
Customer is a leading provider of global hybrid cloud, AI, and consulting expertise. Their products help their clients capitalize on insights from their data, streamline business processes, reduce costs, and gain a competitive edge in their industries. STL was chosen by the customer as a preferred partner to develop skills for AI and automation products to help clients employ AI and automation to make more accurate predictions, streamline decisions and processes, and optimize productive time.
One of the customer’s flagship events (which brings global business and technology leaders together) was organized in May’23, and the plan was to demo the various skills of the AI Automation product at this event. There was an urgency to develop different skills for Oracle HCM and Workday HCM to demo at the event in less than 2 months.
- Onboarded 15+ resources across multiple skills on Day 1 of the project start in March ‘23.
- External trainings on Oracle and Workday HCM were organized for team within 2 days of onboarding.
- quarterly cadence with customer team by visiting customer office.
- Provided SMEs/Consultants on a need basis to help the team.
